SEO Magnets

Plan content hubs from the keywords your competitors win and you miss, then write each article to beat what ranks, in your own voice.

Last updated October 14, 2026

Before you start

  • Your website address (to plan a site), or one keyword (to write a single article).
  • Fill in your profile once: who you are, a few samples of your writing (so articles sound like you), your call to action, and whether every post ends with a My Take block. It fills in every article you write.
  • To publish: a WordPress site and the free Aha Studio Connector plugin.

Sign in first. Articles and plans you make while signed in are saved to your account.

Plan your site (content hubs)

  1. Open SEO Magnets at seomagnets.ahastudio.net and choose Plan my site (or press Start something new on your account page and choose Content plan). Enter Your website, pick the Google country under Search market, and press Plan my content. Prefer to talk? Describe your site in Tell it in your own words (type it or press Say it), then press Fill the form; nothing is sent until you press the button yourself.
  2. Watch it work: it reads your site, checks what you rank for, finds your real competitors on Google, finds the keywords they win and you miss, merges different wordings of the same search, maps your content hubs, and builds your best hub in full.
  3. Read the plan. Each hub has topics, and each topic has articles with a suggested format (skyscraper, how-to, listicle or calculator) and real search numbers. When an article is written, it reads its own Google results and uses the type that wins that search; the row then says which type and why. Quick wins are pages you already have on page 2 or 3 of Google.
  4. Shape it. Edit this hub lets you rename, reword, add, move or remove topics and articles. Add your own hub builds a hub around a search you choose. Build this hub fills in any other hub.
  5. Write it. Press Write this hub to write every article on our server: you can close the page and they keep writing. Or press Write this article for one at a time. Calculator ideas open in Traffic Magnets.

Write one article

  1. Choose Write one article (or Single article under Start something new on your account page). Enter the Keyword or topic, leave the Format on Let Google decide (it reads what ranks and writes the type Google rewards: a list, a how-to or an in-depth guide) or pick one yourself (Skyscraper post, How-to guide or Listicle; your choice is kept, and the Research tab tells you if Google rewards another type), and the Google country under Search market.
  2. Optional: add your own material. Under Dictate your own points or your take, paste your points (every one is used) and your take (it becomes the My Take block). Voice notes work well here: the mic in each box, or Tell it in your own words at the top. More options sets the audience, brand, call to action and voice for this article only.
  3. Press the Write button (for example Write my skyscraper post) and keep the page open while it writes. It searches Google, reads the ranking pages, checks whether the keyword is winnable, finds the terms they share, plans a post that beats them, writes it, adds the FAQ, My Take and call to action, optimises it for Google and AI answers, and checks it against the house rules.
  4. Use the tabs. The article screen has four: Article, Research, Images and Publish. Research is open while it writes; Article opens when it finishes. Images and Publish open once the article is finished.
  5. Read the Research tab. It opens with What Google rewards here: the content type that wins this search and the evidence (for example how many of the top 10 are numbered lists, and whether the AI Overview answers with steps, a list or a table). It says whether the keyword is winnable: how many of the ranking pages are optimised for it, the searches a month, difficulty and average Domain Rating, what every ranking page covers (Table stakes), what only one covers (Your edge), the gaps they miss, People also ask and what Google's AI Overview says. If the keyword is hard, it lists Easier searches you could write instead, each with a Write this one button.
  6. Check the house rules list in the scores card beside the article: hook, voice, no banned phrases, bold one-liners, headings, My Take, every dictated point used, and numbers that only come from your material. Fill in anything marked as a placeholder before you publish.

Finish and publish

If the article is not on your account yet, the Images and Publish tabs ask you to press Add this article to your email first.

  1. Images. Images are made with your own OpenAI key: add it once on your account page under AI and data keys (it is only ever sent to OpenAI). With it saved, house posts get their featured image made automatically when the article finishes. In the Images tab (Images for this article) you can make each image (a featured image and an infographic, or for house posts a featured image and one inline image for every two sections), press Generate all, open the ready prompt in your own ChatGPT, or upload your own.
  2. Back it up with real sources (optional, in the Publish tab): Add sourcesadds citations from real sources, and they are kept only if the article's trust score goes up.
  3. Publish one article: in the Publish tab, under Put it on your WordPress site, connect your site with an application password (Users > Profile > Application Passwords) and press Connect site, then Save as a draft in WordPress. It arrives as a draft post with its images. Update the draft (or Update the post once it is live) updates the same post.
  4. Publish a whole hub: under Publish this hub to WordPress on your plan, press Publish "your hub" to WordPress. It creates the hub page, a page per topic and a post per written article, all linked with breadcrumbs. New items arrive as drafts; anything already live stays live. Publish again (updates the same pages) sends later changes.
  5. Install the Aha Studio Connector plugin(1.4.2 is the current version). It sets meta descriptions and gives house posts their full layout: kicker, standfirst, My Take, call to action and the "Inside the page" sidebar.
  6. Keep it fresh. In the Publish tab, under Keep it fresh, Refresh now updates an article with what changed on Google; Refresh automatically does it monthly, quarterly or twice a year, and can update WordPress too. A refresh is kept only if it does not score lower.
